William McCaskey

William McCaskey is a contemporary American author and U.S. Army veteran specializing in military science fiction, urban fantasy, and high fantasy. He is widely recognized for his gritty, character-driven storytelling that draws heavily on his personal military experience.

Before becoming a novelist, McCaskey served in the United States Army, a background that informs the technical realism and authentic camaraderie found in his "mil-sci-fi" works. After leaving the military, he relocated to Central Florida, where he now lives and works.

He officially made his debut in the publishing world in September 2019 with the release of his first novel, Dragon Two-Zero.
